Supply Chain Consultant

About the position

This is a Supply Chain and continuous improvement role.

Hybrid role: Work from home. Attend ad hoc meetings in the office

Reporting to the Supply Chain Continous improvement manager,

You will Support central supply planning functions for customer and note to ensure optimal supply meets demand requirements. To contribute in continuous improvement projects, ensuring the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Analysis, reports and statistics for all stock movements and inventory
• Customer insight analysis
• Resolve operational queries
• Monitor trends, variances and escalate discrepancies.
• Track customer KPI's, attend industry meetings
• Planning and forecasting
• Support continuous improvement projects

Minimum Requirements: Qualification & experience:

• B Eng Industrial Engineering (Hons) / Bsc Statistics and Operational Research is non negotiable .
• Ideally you have 2-3 years of supply chain consulting experience under your belt
• Plus a minimum of 12 month experience in Inventory Planning , optimisation and continuous improvement in a supply chain environment
• 1 year continuous improvement
• Experience with ERP/Inventory & Forecasting Planning/Planning systems
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, Qlickview and Tableau
• Modellign experience is an advantage
