Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification (Sales, Marketing and Project Management).
  • Minimum 5 years working experience.
  • Proven experience in sales and managing a team essential.
  • Call center experience advantageous.
  • Xhosa and English speaking.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, project sales and provide reports.
  • Responsible and reliable.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and be adaptable within the environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Driver’s license is essential.


Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

  • Drive direct sales by developing and implementing outbound call centre sales strategies.
  • Oversee and assist with call center operations and provide relevant support to the Branch Manager.
  • Provide training and coaching to call center team leaders and agents.
  • Track and manage performance to ensure achievement of team sales targets.
  • Analyse and prepare reports and sales projections.
  • Audit systems to identify areas of improvement.
  • Create a positive and supportive working environment, leading and motivating team leaders and agents.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, generate leads and refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist with developing scripts and sales pitches.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including telemarketing laws and data protection regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry practices and trends.
