About the position

?? Senior Product Owner / Sub-Product Lead (Agile)
We’re looking for a seasoned Product Owner and people leader who takes full ownership of complex sub-products and drives delivery end-to-end in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What you must bring:

  • ?? Proven Product Ownership with full accountability for delivery, quality and stability
  • ?? Strong IT project management & technical leadership experience
  • ?? Ability to lead and steer large, cross-functional teams
  • ?? Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on use of Jira & Confluence
  • ?? Excellent stakeholder, business and communication skills (technical & non-technical)
  • ?? Strong capability to translate business needs into executable backlog items
  • ?? Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver consistently

Your role:

  • Own the sub-product end-to-end: backlog, prioritisation, delivery and escalation
  • Act as the primary interface between business, delivery teams and international stakeholders
  • Ensure production stability and prioritise non-functional requirements
  • Drive product vision, roadmap and future planning
  • Mentor and coach team members while building strong team culture
  • Identify risks early, remove impediments and ensure timely delivery
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision

?? Qualification: Relevant IT / Business / Engineering Degree
?? Experience: Senior leadership in Agile, software delivery and product management (international exposure)
