Are you passionate about helping students succeed and guiding them through their academic journey? We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Student Advisor to join our team.
As a Student Advisor, you will play a vital role in shaping the student experience - from first enquiry to graduation - ensuring every student receives the support, guidance, and information they need to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective and current students
- Guide students through application, enrolment, and registration processes
- Provide accurate information on programmes, admissions, and student services
- Support students with course selection, academic progress, and career direction
- Monitor student performance and proactively address challenges
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms professionally
- Maintain accurate records using CRM/student management systems
- Collaborate with academic and support teams to enhance the student journey
- Contribute to student engagement and retention initiatives
- Identify trends and suggest improvements to student support services

Minimum Requirements

- 1-3 years' experience in student support, academic advising, or customer service
- Understanding of the student lifecycle, admissions, and retention strategies
- Experience in higher education (advantageous)
- Professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
