Duties & Responsibilities
The position entails the following job responsibilities:
• Providing the necessary guidance on suitable higher education programmes to the student as well persuading the student to enrol at MANCOSA to pursue their studies
• An understanding of the available programmes at MANCOSA
• Achievement of sales targets per enrolment cycle
• Ability to understand and manage the lead and application funnel to ensure maximum conversion to student registrations
• Respond to each enquiry received on the programme offering at MANCOSA
• Understand the enrolment process, the policies and guidelines that pertain to the enrolment of students
• Regularly make follow up calls on leads and applications
• Provide excellent customer service to the student
• Prepare and submit required documentation for registration and administration of the students
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification:
• Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience within a sales environment and a proven track record of sales target achievement
• Compulsory to possess an understanding of the sales process and achieve the sales targets.
• An understanding of higher education is an advantage
