Stores Supervisor

About the position

Well-established company based in Johannesburg seeks a Stores Supervisor to join their team!
Requirements:

• Proven warehouse or stores supervisory experience
• Post-school qualification in warehousing, stock control, or related field
• Knowledge of stock control, receiving, and dispatch procedures
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating drivers
• SAGE 300 proficiency
• ISO 9001 exposure

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise stores operations: receiving, dispatching, stock control, and warehouse housekeeping
• Lead a warehouse team of 7 pickers/pullers and 3 drivers, including delivery coordination
• Monitor stock accuracy, movement, and reporting
• Maintain safe, organised warehouse conditions
• Work with stock management systems (SAGE 300 advantageous)
• Support ISO 9001 quality procedures
• Liaise with internal departments (sales, creditors, debtors)
• Handle administrative tasks linked to stock and deliveries
• Ensure deadlines, process controls, and operational discipline are met
