Stores Administrator

About the position

A busy company requires a Temporary Stores Administrator to assist the Team. Syspro experience essential.

Duties and responsibilities of the role:

• GRN all goods received on Syspro and print journals daily
• Transfer all stock issued
• Transfer department wip stock
• Daily copy purchase orders where there is a backorder and place in backorder
• Assist with receiving when the receiving storeman is busy
• Issue PPE and consumables as required
• Monthly Stock take - Does spot checks and counts and captures WIP stock counts
• Fill in job receiving job cards for stores co-ordinator to sign as required
• Transfers stock from S/O once TP received to get invoiced, after the job has been signed off
• Issue stock to installers and give paperwork to finance when required
• Stocktake for installers -Give to finance - Check Solutions installers stock count, enter on spreadsheet and send to Finance
• Ensures no stock items outside stores at the end of the day and brings it inside with the forklift
• Does stores lunchtime duties as per schedule
• Filling all requisition and transfer paperwork
• Will be the relief for the Stores Co-ordinator as required

Forklift license required
