YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering exceptional customer service through understanding client needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
• Driving sales growth by engaging with customers, upselling, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Conducting regular stock audits and maintaining visually appealing, well-organized displays in line with merchandising standards.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the store team to achieve operational and sales excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with all administrative and operational procedures.
• Supporting the team with customer transactions and after-sales service to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• A Matric or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of management experience in a retail environment.
• An entrepreneurial and innovative approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
