Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric
• Min 5 Years in Clothing Retail Industry
• Sales Driven
• Own Vehicle

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales Driven
• Emails (Resolving Customer and Internal Enquiries)
• Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
• Delivering good customer service through the team
• Managing other administrative and HR tasks
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
• Good telephonic etiquette
• Refunding customers
• Making sure monthly targets are met
• Making sure the store is kept and neat at all times
• Managing stock levels
• Make sure store is in perfect condition
• Planning staff tasks and making sure the tasks are completed accordingly.
• Track record of driving and motivating a team
