About the position

A Well - Established Company seeks a Store manager in Boksburg,
Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop branch staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Generate new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Manage stock control, stock ordering, stock takes, and minimise stock losses.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, and branch administration.
• Maintain high merchandising, housekeeping, health and safety, and security standards.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Reside in or near Boksburg.
• Proven experience in retail branch or store management.
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Experience managing staff and branch operations.
• Confident with telephonic and face-to-face sales.
• Computer literate.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in the paint, coatings, hardware, or building materials industry will be advantageous.
