Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ retail management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Passion for fashion, retail, and customer service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in premium or lifestyle retail will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the company Brand
• Drive store profitability and operational excellence
• Recruit, coach, train, and develop team members
• Manage stock control, merchandising, and visual standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Build strong relationships with customers and create brand loyalty
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to grow the business
