Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ retail management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Passion for fashion, retail, and customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience in premium or lifestyle retail will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the company Brand
- Drive store profitability and operational excellence
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop team members
- Manage stock control, merchandising, and visual standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with customers and create brand loyalty
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to grow the business
