Store Manager

About the position

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Store Managers to lead and support store operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for retail, proven sales success, and the ability to lead by example in a high-performance environment.

Location: Cavendish , Somerset , Tygervalley and Constantia Western cape 
Working Hours: Retail / Mall Hours
Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to drive performance.
• High energy, action-orientated, and goal-driven.
• Demonstrates integrity, maturity, and accountability.
• Ability to think systemically and follow process-driven approaches.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure merchandise levels are maintained and inventory is managed effectively.
• Lead the team to achieve sales and performance targets through hands-on support and strategic initiatives.
• Inspire and motivate staff to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Implement and maintain operational standards and company policies.
• Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
