Store Manager

About the position

Well established company based in East London are seeking an experienced (and/or qualified) applicant to join their dynamic team

Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12 (certificate to be provided on application)
• Valid Driver's licence and own car
• Post-Matric qualification - retail/sales related
• Must be computer literate (MS Office 365 proficient)
• Experience in managing/leading staff
• 2 - 5 years' experience automotive retail industry

KPI's (in depth detail to be provided to short listed applicants):

1. Plan & organise resources
2. Manage and lead staff
3. Manages store finances & stock
4. Sells products/services & seeks new sales opportunities
5. Builds & Maintains customer relations
6. Analyses financial & stock reports/documents

Additional requirements:

• Willing to work Saturdays and overtime as and when required
• Must work Public Holidays when requested
• Must participate in stock takes
• trust and honesty in the handling of cash or finances
