Requirements
Store Manager

• Minimum 3–5 years’ retail management experience
• Proven leadership and sales management ability
• Strong operational and people management skills
• Experience within premium, luxury, or fashion retail advantageous
• Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

 
Assistant Store Manager

• Minimum 2–3 years’ retail supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills
• Passion for luxury retail and fashion
• Ability to support daily retail operations effectively
• Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

 
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
• Ensure excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Manage daily store operations efficiently
• Monitor stock control and inventory management
• Maintain company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
