Store AssociateReports To: Store Manager
Job Summary:
The Store Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and supporting daily retail operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive shopping experience and achieving store performance goals.
Skills required and Qualifications:
Matric or equivalent qualification.
Previous retail especially in clothing
customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
