About the position

Job Title: Store Assistant - Raw Material Store

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and store raw materials safely.
• Issue materials to production as per requisitions.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with stock takes.
• Monitor expiry dates and apply FIFO principles.
• Maintain accurate records and clean storage areas.
• Report quality issues and support inventory transfers.
• Follow safety regulations and meet operational deadlines.

Requirements:

• Matric
• 3+ years' warehouse experience (raw materials preferred).
• Forklift license (advantageous).
• Experience with inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory software.
