Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- High energy, driven, and proactive
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Accountable, responsible, and reliable
- Process-driven thinker with maturity and integrity
- Takes initiative, leads from the front, and embraces challenges
- Sales-oriented with strong people management skills

- Oversee and coordinate daily store operations for efficiency and productivity
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
- Drive team performance to exceed sales targets
- Motivate and lead team to maintain a positive store culture
- Implement sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
