About the position
An innovative automotive technology group is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing vehicle inventory across multiple brands, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-owned and runner vehicle stock management
- Handle comprehensive invoice and documentation processes
- Coordinate NATIS registration and licensing
- Perform weekly stock takes and pricing updates
- Manage trade-in vehicle documentation and processing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dealership Stock Controller
- Corporate dealership and pre-owned vehicle experience
- Proven knowledge of used vehicle payment processes
- Expertise in invoice and floorplan management

- Strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
Technical Requirements
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Proficiency in Evolve software (preferred)
- Strong digital literacy
Working Conditions
- Full-time position
- Office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Additional Saturday morning hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
