Stock Controller

About the position

Our client is a national leader in the supply and distribution of renewable energy products. They have branches countrywide. They are looking for an organized and dynamic Stock Controller to supervise the receipt, control and storage of merchandise in their Durban branch.
The Stock Controller will be responsible for:

• Manage good relationships with customers (public, sales- and warehouse employees).
• Accurately inspect returned goods and complete the credit process.
• Effectively control stock – active stock stakes, resolve stock level issues, adjustments and stock replenishment.
• Accurately inspect deliveries to insure it matches the order, packing lists and invoice criteria.
• Receive stock from suppliers and update inventories with received items (GRV).
• Maintaining of records of orders and delivery details (scan and upload
• Operate as part of a highly effective warehouse operations team

Minimum Education is Matric
Warehouse experience, and knowledge of stock controlling process will be crucial in the application process.
Must have competency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Valid driver's license and own transport
