About the position
STOCK ACCOUNTANT -PAROW
Accounting
To oversee the accounting policies and operations within an organization.
To manage and optimize an organization's financial health and practices.
To ensure that the organization meets compliance and regulations related to taxes and other financial laws.
Manage Budgets
To monitor organizational spending and assist other managers in creating sustainable and effective budgets. They ensure resources are properly allocated and aligned with the organization's overall financial health.
Oversee Financial Records and Reports
To maintain accurate and compliant financial records. To produce and submit regular reports for managers and other stakeholders.
Analyse and Interpret Financial Data
Analyse financial information and reports to identify financial risks and opportunities. Analyse trends and discrepancies and offer insights to help with the decision-making process.
Supervise Accounting Staff
Provide training and mentorship to improve their team’s performance.
Assist in Strategizing and Decision-Making
Assist in the making of financial decisions and strategies. They use financial data and reports to inform their insights and help the organization optimize its financial performance.

- Data Analysis: Draw insights from financial data. Analyze the numbers to spot trends, risks, and opportunities or to inform business decisions.

- Financial Law and Regulations Expertise: To properly oversee an organization's financial records, to adhere to various financial laws and regulations. This may include tax laws, financial reporting standards, and the generally accepted accounting principles.

Requirements:
Good accounting knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Sage evolution experience (preferable but not essential)
Excel knowledge (vlookups, filters, etc)
MS Office knowledge
Professional communication skills verbal and written
