About the position
Purpose of the Job:
Assist the Procurement & Admin Supervisor in maintaining stock supply and up-to-date procurement administration.
Required Qualifications:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a procurement or logistics environment
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Process daily IBTs for all branches and arrange couriers when required
- Handle PO’s and GRN’s for local and foreign stock
- Process credit notes and assist with online order PO’s
- Update container arrivals and manage stock journals
- Generate reports and maintain filing
- Order stationery and assist with stock checks, supplier quotes, and local orders
- Support stock reporting, monthly stock counts, and resolving stock queries

- Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
