Commercial Administrator - Stellenbosch
(International Logistics & Commercial Agriculture experience required) | Western Cape | Permanent
Our clients within the agricultural import and export space are looking for a diligent Commercial Administrator to join our team in Stellenbosch. This role involves providing administrative support in various sectors, including Agriculture, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Warehouse & Freight.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project management tasks
- Handle operations and administrative tasks efficiently
- Support the Operations Manager in daily tasks
- Contribute to project coordination and documentation
Skills
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team are essential for this role. Must have experience on Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Xero. Previous exposure on systems such as Freshino, Exact Online, Ebury, and other stock management systems would be advantageous.
