SQUADZ are looking for talented, technically trained professionals in South Africa who are interested in a long-term employment opportunity with an innovative and people-oriented technical organization in the Netherlands. This organization operates in the field of building-related installation technology and is active in residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Netherlands.
Technician Role Responsibilities:
Vacancy 1: Electrician (Red Seal)
- Electrical Engineering & Security Systems: Responsible for residential, commercial, or industrial electrical installations
- Responsible for and experience with wiring, installations, reading schematics, and preferably also security systems
- Role Requirements:
- Electrician Trade Test (Red Seal)
- Responsible for residential, commercial, or industrial electrical installations
- Responsible for and experience with wiring, installations, reading schematics, and preferably also security systems
- Maximum of 6 - 8 years of work experience
Vacancy 2: Mechanic (HVAC)
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (HVAC): Responsible for and experience with HVAC systems, cooling units, and air conditioning
- Knowledge of refrigerants, leak detection, installation, and maintenance of climate systems
- Role Requirements:
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Test (Red Seal)
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Maximum of 6 - 8 years of work experience
Vacancy 3: Instrumentation Mechanician or Millwright
- Building Intelligence (Smart Buildings): Responsible for and have a solid background in instrumentation, automation, or building management systems
- Preferably experienced in sensors, PLCs, fault analysis, and modern control technologies
- Role Requirements:
- Instrumentation Mechanician or Millwright Trade Test (Red Seal)
- Solid background in instrumentation, automation, or building management systems
- Maximum of 6 - 8 years of work experience
Vacancy 4: Fitter and Turner or Mechanical Fitter
- Mechanical Installations (WTB):
- Responsible for and experience with piping systems, pumps, heating systems, mechanical installations, and maintenance
- Role Requirements:
- Fitter and Turner or Mechanical Fitter Trade Test (Red Seal)
- Maximum of 6 - 8 years of work experience
Multiple Role Requirements:
- General
- Language: Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Availability: Willing to relocate to the Netherlands for an extended period
- Work Ethic: Independent, eager to learn, and quality-driven
- Matric Certificate
- Driver License
