Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain SQL Server database environments.
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage database backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes.
• Implement and maintain database security and access controls.
• Perform database upgrades, patching, and migrations.
• Support developers with database design and query optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and system reliability.

 
 Job Experience & Skills Required

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience as a SQL Database Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Solid understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Experience with database security, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
