This is your chance to get your hands dirty with SQL, Linux, and live production support in a high-pressure, high-impact environment.
RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day support of software applications and systems deployed internationally
- Monitor and debug live systems; provide end-to-end resolution of technical issues
- Participate in the deployment of new services and software updates
- Maintain system health via preventative maintenance and proactive monitoring
- Document issues, resolutions, and knowledgebase updates
- Participate in 24/7 standby rotations and after-hours activities when required
- Ensure clear, professional communication with internal teams and clients
- Contribute to team deliverables and knowledge sharing
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 2–5 years experience in a software support, application support, or systems engineering role
- Solid understanding of databases, Linux-based systems, and technical troubleshooting
- Certifications in Oracle, Linux, or APEX will be an advantage
- Proven experience working in production support or customer-facing environments preferred
KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong SQL (PL/SQL highly advantageous)
- Strong Linux skills (command-line proficiency essential)
- Bash scripting advantageous
- Oracle APEX experience beneficial
- Ability to troubleshoot using database procedures and packages
- Understanding of SDLC and system monitoring
