Your Role:

As one of our Specialist Recruitment Consultants, you'll be at the forefront of connecting talent with opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing relationships with key clients in the medical and managed care sectors
• Championing new business development initiatives to expand our reach and impact
• Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and integrity
• Placing skilled professionals, including Nursing, Pharmaceutical, and Technical Staff, in vital clinical roles nationwide.
• Thriving under pressure, meeting deadlines, and exceeding targets with a sense of purpose and drive.

• 2-3 years of specialist/niche recruitment experience, coupled with a passion for making meaningful connections
• Proficiency in Competency Based Interviewing and a knack for identifying top talent

• A track record of success, supported by proven sales stats and a dedication to excellence
• A driver's license and reliable transport
