About the position
Overview:
Cloud Engineering (using AWS) and Applied AI (integrating LLMs and GenAI into existing document processing ecosystems)
We are seeking Specialist Product Engineer focused on building, integrating, and operating GenAI services within an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) platform.
Key Responsibilities
- GenAI Development: Design and build LLM-driven services and APIs to handle document extraction, validation, classification, summarization, and decisioning.
- Platform Support: Manage the run and operational support of the existing OCR platform, specifically Tungsten Automation.
- Engineering & Operations: Design and deploy services in an AWS-native environment (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda) and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Stability & Compliance: Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and resilient, while maintaining operational documentation and runbooks.
Required Experience
- 5+ Years: Software engineering, AWS system building/operation, and API-based architecture/integration.
- 3+ Years: OCR/IDP platform experience, support for enterprise production systems, AWS/DevOps/IaC, and RPA/OCR platform development.
Beneficial Experience
- Experience with Tungsten Automation.
