About the position
A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Specialist: Employee Wellness Services (1 Year Fixed-Term-Contract)
The responsible incumbent is accountable to develop and implement programmes and interventions that aligns the workforce with key business strategic objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Social Work/ Occupational Health Nursing qualification.
- Registration with South African Nursing Council or South African Council of Social Service Professionals.
The following certificates to be added advantage:
- Certification in Wellness and EAP.
- Certification in HIV/ AIDS in the workplace.
- Relevant 5 - 7 years’ experience in Employee Wellness Programme and management of incapacity and ill-health or primary healthcare or occupational healthcare environment.
