About the position

Specialist: Design Learning Solutions
Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term (x2 roles)
Location: Head Office, Pretoria

Our client, a leading state-owned development finance institution is seeking two dynamic Learning & Development Specialists to join its Learning & Development Academy at Head Office.

What You Will Be Doing.

• Design engaging training programmes, curricula, and e-learning modules.
• Implement, manage, and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Develop multimedia learning content using authoring tools (Articulate, Moodle, Captivate, etc.).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate organisational learning needs into impactful training interventions.
• Facilitate learning development aligned to SETA (BankSeta) frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• HR or Learning & Development qualification (ETDP certification advantageous).
• 8+ years' experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, and LMS administration.
• Strong skills in e-learning content creation and digital learning tools.
• Exposure to banking or financial environments is an advantage.
• Experience with Moodle or similar e-learning platforms.
