About the position
Our client, a leading organization within the telecommunications Industry, is seeking a highly experienced Specialist: Dealer Commissions .
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate administration and execution of all trade partner commission payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. This role will oversee acquisition and retention accounting processes, manage commission reconciliations, and facilitate the timely generation of credit notes and invoices for trade partners.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
Technical Knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of Dealer Commissions administration and processing.
- Strong expertise in financial reconciliations and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience utilizing systems such as Eppix, Siebel, Remedy, and Infoweb.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in Dealer Commissions administration and management.
- Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in month-end financial reporting processes.
- Relevant accounting qualification.
- Proven experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial and operational queries.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with senior leadership, including Executive Heads, Managing Executives, and other key stakeholders.
Minimum Educational Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – Essential.
Preferred Technical and Professional Competencies
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience working within complex, high-volume transactional environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
