About the position
Reporting to the Admin Manager, the position supports the Space Planning Department.
The main purpose is to provide administrative assistance for all space planning projects.
In short, this ad is looking for someone detail-oriented and organized, with prior space planning experience, to keep the department's data, images, and reports accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Floor plan management: Collating, checking, updating, and distributing store floor plans
- Image and audit handling: Collecting modular photographs from stores, ensuring correct formats
- Data capture: Recording product dimensions and linking images in the Space Planning platform
- Planogram auditing: Comparing store photos with planograms using compliance scorecards
- Weekly reporting: Aligning new products, managing reclassifications, and publishing reports
- Query management: Handling and forwarding queries, monitoring responses
- General admin: Supporting the Space Planning Manager with routine administrative duties
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Matric
- Experience: 2-3 years in space planning; retail background preferred
- Technical knowledge: Windows applications and space planning systems
- Competencies: Systematic, teamwork-oriented, detail-focused, deadline-driven, strong verbal comprehension, and solid administrative ability
