The Role: Spa Therapist
You'll deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments to discerning guests, ensuring every experience is relaxing, restorative, and aligned with five-star standards. This role is perfect for a skilled therapist who values quality, precision, and personal connection in every treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional spa and beauty treatments according to training and brand standards
• Provide expert product and treatment recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales
• Maintain a pristine, calm, and welcoming spa environment
• Ensure guests receive personalised, attentive service throughout their visit
• Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols
• Support daily spa operations, including treatment setup and inventory checks

About You

• Recognised qualification in Spa or Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a 5-star spa or luxury wellness environment
• Proficiency with Babor products and protocols (advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Sales-driven with a warm, nurturing approach to guest care
