We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our passionate culinary team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, disciplined, and innovative chef who thrives in fine dining and is ready to support and lead at the highest level.
What You’ll Do:

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
• Uphold and elevate culinary standards with precision and artistry.
• Lead, inspire, and train junior chefs to ensure seamless teamwork.
• Ensure consistency in flavours, presentation, and service excellence.
• Champion the use of seasonal, local produce in every dish.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with a calm, organised, and solution-focused approach.
• A passion for creativity, precision, and culinary storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of wine pairings and menu balance (advantageous).
