Ready to accelerate your career in a thriving industry? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing & Procurement Manager in Durban
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Senior Management Level - Exco experience
- Technical and Supply Chain mix is preferred by way of qualification and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in
- senior management or leadership roles, preferably within the process industry.
- CIPS Level 6 (or MCIPS) or equivalent qualification is highly advantageous.
- An MBA would be an advantage.
- Proven expertise in negotiation, influencing, change management, coaching, and
- partnership-building, with relevant certifications.
- Extensive experience in executing tenders and a strong understanding of contract law.
- Technical/engineering qualifications and experience would be an advantage
