About the position

Shape the digital backbone of a future-focused enterprise designing smart, scalable, and secure systems that power business transformation.

Purpose of the Role

Lead the design and maintenance of enterprise-wide application and solution architecture. Drive alignment between business goals and technology strategy, ensuring all applications work seamlessly, securely, and efficiently across hybrid (cloud and on-premise) environments.
Key Focus Areas

  • Develop, refine, and maintain the application architecture roadmap and solution designs.
  • Ensure architecture standards, scalability, and security across systems and integrations.
  • Guide development teams in implementing architecture best practices.
  • Support RFI/RFP processes and contribute to solution-driven business cases.
  • Manage the architecture repository and promote awareness of enterprise architecture principles.
  • Stay ahead of evolving technologies and advocate for innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Minimum Education and Experience

The minimum requirements are not negotiable.

  • Degree in Computer Science.
  • TOGAF Certification (required).
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in application and solution architecture.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in in development of large-scale solutions involving multiple technologies, functions, and interfaces across in-house and vendor supplied application.
  • Minimum six (6) years' experience in designing hybrid (cloud/on-premises) application architecture and integration patterns
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with EA tools (Casewise, Visio, Sparx, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in hybrid (cloud/on-premises) environments.
  • Advantageous: Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
