About The Employer:
Duties will include :
- Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on solar systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, and other system components.
- Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of solar panels to maximize energy production.
- Analyze system performance data and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency.
- Make recommendations on preventative maintenance procedures to minimize the risk of system failures and optimize long-term performance.
- Respond promptly to system alarms and address any faults or failures in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and solar plant performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to implement improvements and upgrades to the solar installations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Day-to-day monitoring of solar systems to ensure continuous operations and maintenance.
- Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on lessons learned from underperforming assets and common issues identified during normal operations.
- Schedule preventative, corrective and condition-based maintenance activities.
- Support on-site commissioning activities and setup of monitoring systems
