What you will be doing:
- Lead and mentor the software testing team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
- Manage and maintain test environments and necessary resources.
- Enhance testing processes and methodologies for improved efficiency.
- Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and scripts.
- Thoroughly report and track all identified software defects.
- Collaborate effectively with development and product teams throughout the software lifecycle.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new testing team members, including training.
What our client is looking for:
- Highly experienced Software Tester with a proven track record in senior roles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in developing and guiding testing teams.
- Possesses over 5 years of Software Testing experience, including more than 3 years in team leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of various software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficient in utilising test automation tools and frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
