An experienced Software Quality Engineer is sought to lead quality assurance initiatives across diverse software projects. The successful candidate will drive innovation in testing strategies, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional software delivery standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA initiatives, frameworks, and quality processes across development teams.
- Ensure business and technical requirements are testable and meet quality standards.
- Champion automation, performance, and security testing innovations.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, fostering technical growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the SDLC to enhance delivery quality.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development.
Required Skills & Experience
- Testing Expertise: Strong background in back-end and front-end testing.
- Automation: Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- API & Interface Testing: Skilled in API testing and system integrations.
- Performance & Security Tools: Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, OWASP ZAP, and Burp Suite.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud Environments: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Leadership: 8+ years in software testing, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
