What You'll Do:

  • Implement high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Improve and optimise existing systems, ensuring efficiency and innovation.

  • Troubleshoot and debug large codebases, addressing root causes effectively.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.

  • Lead technical design sessions and uphold best practices.

  • Contribute to test planning, automation, and ensure accurate unit testing.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and IT Operations.

  • Document technical requirements and processes for knowledge sharing.

  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies and cross-functional discussions.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in technology forums.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 10 years of development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in APIs, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, Oracle, XML, Angular, PostgreSQL, Oracle Forms, and SOAP.

  • Proven experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, mentoring, and collaborative skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
