Responsibilities:
Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in both front-end and back-end development projects.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Ensure software applications are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal system performance.
Solution Design & Innovation
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative software solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications and processes.
- Research and apply new technologies and development methodologies where appropriate.
Client Engagement
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and technical needs.
- Assist in translating client challenges into practical software solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders when required.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, processes, and tools.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation where required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in software development or programming roles.
- Experience in back-end web development.
- Proficiency in software development, coding, and programming principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
