About the position
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Social Media/Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for developing, executing and monetising the company's social media strategy across various platforms, creating engaging
content, monitoring online interactions, analysing data to optimize campaigns, and fostering audience engagement to increase brand awareness and achieve marketing goals and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Curation: Develop, schedule, and publish compelling content (text, images, videos, graphics) across multiple social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve specific marketing objectives, including audience growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Community Management: Engage with followers by promptly responding to comments, messages, and queries, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer concerns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's brand identity and voice across all platforms.
- Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for all products.
- Marketing Calendar: Create and implement the marketing calendar.
- Online Store Materials: Develop visual content such as videos, animations, and reels for the online store.
- Photo Shoots: Plan and execute photoshoots for online content and the online store.
- Retail Window Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated in-store campaigns for retail windows.
- Retail Sales Incentives and Training Materials: Create content for retail sales incentives and training materials.
- Store Music: Curate and update music in-store to align with the brand.
- eCommerce Channel Updates: Maintain and update the look and feel of online store elements, including web banners.
- Collaboration: Work with other marketing teams, designers, and stakeholders to coordinate social media activities and align with overall marketing goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to craft engaging copy and communicate effectively with diverse audiences across social media platforms.
- Visual Design Understanding: Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple social media accounts efficiently.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing best practices.
- Shopify Experience: Working experience with the Shopify platform.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing social media landscapes and algorithms.
