Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) across all active social media channels.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement, providing timely responses and insights.
• Analyze social media performance data, generating regular reports with actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
• Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media communications.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to integrate social media efforts into broader campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
• A strategic thinker with a creative approach to content creation and community building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, or Fine Arts is preferred.

Salary: R20,000 per month
