The Role: Social Media and ORM Specialist
As the Social Media and Online Reputation Management Specialist, you'll be the brand's digital voice and reputation guardian. You will lead the execution of social media strategies, manage paid campaigns, monitor brand sentiment, and ensure a consistent, positive online presence across all major platforms. This role bridges content creation, analytics, and customer engagement to build trust and strengthen brand visibility in a fast-moving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Create, schedule, and optimise paid media campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn using Business/Ads Manager.
- Manage community engagement, respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation on platforms like Google Reviews and HelloPeter, applying proactive engagement and crisis management strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to enhance engagement and ROI.
- Identify and report on emerging social and digital trends to guide future strategy.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and internal teams to align social strategy with business objectives.
- Manage social listening and ORM tools to generate sentiment, share-of-voice, and competitor reports.
- Support broader marketing initiatives with research, reporting, and creative input.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing management, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced experience with Facebook Business/Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of social listening, ORM strategies, and paid media optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of brand voice and tone.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
- Calm under pressure with proven crisis management experience.
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable with a passion for continuous improvement.
