About the position

General Desscription:

A leading Furniture Manufacturer situated in the South of Johannesburg is seeking to employ a Marketing Manger to assist us in preparing, designing and executing our companys marketing and promotional strategies and activities, both online and offline.

Responsibilities include:
Website Maintenance & updates & Improvements
Website Google Ads
Sourcing and outsourcing services for the above.
Developing Social Media Monthly Campaigns and RollOuts and executing accordingly.

• Creating weekly adverts
• Weekly boosts of the ads
• Running Marketplace
• WhatsApp Advertising

Signage: new artwork and printing for building signage, billboards, print, Trucks/Tarps,
Designing or Outsourcing design work timeously:

• Designing and Create new catalogues for print and digital
• Designing new pull up banners
• Designing monthly newsletter adverts sent out as email campaigns*
• Designing large banners for shows - the pop up self standing banners
• Possible adding/redeveloping swing tags - adding in new copy etc..
• Writing Copy for training manual and Fabs
• Updating designing new business cards
• Creating new content across the board - setting up photoshoots, videoshoots etc..
• Keeping databases updated regularly

Requirements include:

• Minimum Tertiary Qualification
• High School Matric Certificate
• Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in a Marketing/Design position
• Copywrighting is a huge bonus.
• Graphic Designer experience also a huge bonus.
• Highly skilled and knowledgeable with computers
• Efficient and skilled with excel
• Good Communication Skills and Great people skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Must take own initative and get jobs done
