Social Media Coordinator

About the position

Our client is a growing teacher recruitment startup helping educators from the West find teaching opportunities across Asia and the Middle East. They are expanding across Southeast Asia and entering an exciting stage of growth - building their brand and marketing foundation from the ground up.

They are looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of their online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WeChat. Their marketing is currently limited, and you'll play a key role in changing that - posting engaging content, managing pages, and helping shape the brand voice and visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Post up to 5 times per week using our existing Canva templates
• Write clear, engaging captions and CTAs
• Share posts in relevant groups and respond to comments/DMs
• Forward potential leads to our recruitment team
• Provide short weekly performance updates
• Support basic campaign coordination as we expand into ad

Requirements:

• Experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; WeChat)
• Proficient in Canva and comfortable reusing templates
• Excellent written English and eye for clean, consistent visuals
• Organized, proactive, and available during China / SE Asia posting hours
• Portfolio required - please share examples of previous posts or designs
