What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning our social media presence: You'll be the voice of our brand across all major social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with the farming community.
• Driving growth with Google Ads: You'll manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to attract new leads and expand our reach.
• Connecting with our community: You'll be interacting directly with our audience, building relationships, and fostering a strong online presence.
• Bridging the gap between social and sales: This is where you shine! You'll be the crucial link between our social media efforts and the sales team, coordinating leads and inquiries seamlessly. Your excellent communication skills will ensure every opportunity is maximised.
• Collaborating and winning: You're an outgoing team player who loves to integrate and communicate. Working closely with our internal sales team to convert those valuable leads into loyal customers will be key!

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Social Media Mastery: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms and driving engagement.
• Google Ads Expertise: Proven ability to create and manage successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Fluent in Afrikaans: You must be fluent in Afrikaans to effectively connect with our rural farming audience.
• Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - you're a natural at building rapport and conveying messages clearly.
• Team Player Extraordinaire: An outgoing personality with a strong desire to collaborate and integrate with a dynamic sales team.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of R22,000 - R25,000 per month, depending on your experience.
