CANDIDATE CRITERIA

• A postgraduate qualification in fields related to the work of the SEC (e.g. Economics, Finance, Health and Safety, environment, sociology, law, human resources,)
• 8 years' public service (management level
• Experience in service in SEC
• An Ethics qualification will be an added advantage

TERM IN THE OFFICE

• The term of office will be three (3) years, which is renewable depending on performance.
