About the position
Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Refrigeration Project Manager to join their team. If you're passionate about leading high-impact projects and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment - we want to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end refrigeration projects
- Identify new sales opportunities in retail and commercial markets
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee project resources, timelines, and budgets
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Commission and sign off refrigeration systems
- Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of refrigeration experience
- Refrigeration technical qualification (essential)
- Proven project management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Technical knowledge and hands-on understanding
- Must be mobile with own transport.
- Willing to travel.
