About the position
We are looking for a site manger who possess the below experience, skills and qualifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection of Candidates aligned to Company and Client requirements
- Client SLA implementation and Management to ensure service delivery standards are met
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and in doing so increase, the headcount on the allocated site
- Management of Assignees ie File compliance, Payroll Management and Disciplinary related processes
- Ensure that all requirements as stipulated by the Company are adhered to, when submitting timesheets and supporting documents for payments
- Manage the issuing and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Manage injuries on duty (IOD)
- Generating various Client and Management reports
- Various adhoc duties as required
- Ensure that contracted sites operate in accordance with the set agreement as stated in the Service Level Agreement, specifically in terms of the service provided, levels of staff, disciplinary matters, and the payroll function.
- Ensure that the operational efficiency of each site is balanced with the financial profitability aligned with the contracted measurables.
- Management of the administration of contracts and sites allocated.
- Reporting on headcount, CSI, discipline per site, and the dashboard per Client.
- Management of equipment and consumables.
- Management of Health and Safety, including reporting of all Injury of Duty occurrences.
- Growth of business.
- Adherence to legal compliance.
- Service delivery evaluation.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 1year supervisory experience in managing a site
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA)
- Good numeracy skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Grade 12 (Twelve) and Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Code 8 (Eight) driver's license with reliable transport.
- Temporary Employment Services Industry experience is a requirement.
- A sense of urgency and results driven.
- Acute attention to detail.
- MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of legislation relating to the TES and or Functional Outsourcing and Employment Industry within the manufacturing environment.
